A hosted, branded, property-vertical reporting dashboard delivered to Brandform Performance's media clients. Shows live campaign performance, lead volumes, platform breakdowns and trend insights in a clean visual surface that clients can open in a browser on desktop or mobile.

Designed specifically for the rhythm of property developer marketing - pre-sales phase, sales-stage conversion tracking, multi-platform view - rather than the generic agency use case that off-the-shelf tools target.

Built, hosted and maintained by HSC. Brandform licences per active client per month. Brandform retains the client relationship and can choose to pass the cost through to clients with margin.

Commercial model

HSC to Brandform

$75 per active client per month. Billed monthly in arrears by HSC invoice. Count based on clients with active dashboards as of invoice date. Clients added mid-month are prorated from activation.

No minimum term, no setup fees for Brandform. Add or remove clients at any time.

Non-payment and access. Dashboard access for a client is linked to the active licence payment. If a monthly invoice remains unpaid 14 days after its due date, access for that client is suspended until payment is received, with a 7-day grace period to allow for admin exceptions. Access reinstates within one business day of payment clearing.

Data export on termination. On termination, a clean export of campaign performance history is provided to Brandform within 10 business days, in CSV format per client, per platform, per month. Underlying campaign data always sits with the end client via their ad accounts; the export is a convenience layer.
